Using Quiz Ludiaz means accepting these terms. They're short because the app is simple: play quizzes, keep it fair.
The app
Quiz Ludiaz is a quiz game. The Play tab (solo, with friends, in teams) needs no account. The daily quiz needs one, because it's scored against every other player.
Accounts
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time; see the deletion page.
Fair play
The daily quiz is only worth playing if the leaderboard means something. So:
- No automating the app, scripting answers, or otherwise having something other than you play the daily quiz.
- No exploiting bugs to gain points, extra attempts, or unlocks you weren't meant to have.
- No sharing accounts to submit more than one run a day.
- Usernames shouldn't impersonate someone else or be offensive — it's the one thing about you that's public.
If we find an account doing any of this, we can reset its scores, remove it from the leaderboard, suspend it, or delete it outright, without notice.
Content
The questions, text, and design in the app belong to Quiz Ludiaz. You can play with them; you can't rip them out and republish them.
The service as it is
We try to keep Quiz Ludiaz running and correct, but it's provided as-is: we don't promise it will always be available, bug-free, or that daily quizzes, packs, or the leaderboard will look the same forever. We can add, change, or retire features.
Purchases
In-app purchases aren't available yet. When they are, this page — and a dedicated terms-of-sale page — will be updated before they go live, including the pre-contractual information and withdrawal-right rules EU buyers are owed.
If you downloaded from the App Store
Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, alongside these terms.
Liability
We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, to the extent the law allows us to limit that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top will move. Keep playing after a change and it means you've accepted the new version.
